Much thanks to Ray Keim for his paper model of Phantom Manor which helped a great deal in the modeling of the Bates House.
The Hotel portion was started by Cal, who also modeled the Bates Motel sign. At some point the modeling was taken over by Tony so Cal could concentrate on landscaping.
